Dr. Brilliant has been in private practice for over 20 years. She is a graduate of Southern College of Optometry. She specializes in custom contact lenses fitting and in co-management of refractive surgery. She is a member of the Contact Lens Section of the American Optometric Association. Currently, she is serving as President of the Anne Arundel Society of Optometry for the Maryland Optometric Association. In August 2007, Governor O'Malley appointed Dr. Brilliant to the State Board of Examiners in Optometry. She continues to recognize the importance of personal care in solving her patient's visual needs.

Dr. Servinsky joined Brilliant Eyecare in June 2004. Dr. Servinsky earned his Bachelor Of Science degree in Biology from Mount Saint Mary's College in 1999. He attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry and was awarded his Doctorate in Optometry in 2004. His special interests are primary eyecare and diagnosis and management of ocular disease. He also specializes in pediatric optometry. Dr. Servinsky is a member of the International Optometric Honor Society, the American Optometric Association, and the Maryland Optometric Association. He is a Board Certified Optometrist and has trained with Ophthalmologists from the Katzen Eye Group and the Krieger Eye Institute. Dr. Servinsky currently resides in Pasadena. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, mountain biking, scuba diving, and guitar.
